food items you eat regularly are not already built in,
then you can add them.
At any time of the day, you can use
your Healthfit Counter electronic calorie calculator to find
out how many calories, fats, cholesterol, carbohydrates,
sugar, sodium, fiber and protein you have had for
that day. This is especially helpful if you have ANY
dietary restrictions or need to monitor your intake
of certain food items.
